Great service, would use again. Was a little worried after reading some reviews, but decided to book direct and we found them very reliable.
On our way to the airport we were contacted via SMS to check our arrival time, then we called to confirm once we were there and did the handover.
On our return, we had an SMS upon arrival checking if we'd landed and asking if we'd got our baggage yet. I called to say we were still waiting, then once we had it all we called to confirm we were ready. 10 mins later our car arrived and we did another smooth handover. Would certainly use again.

Park Inn Meet & Greet are by far the best meet and greet we’ve ever used. On both our departure and arrival their representative was there before we arrived which was a fantastic surprise as we’ve had to wait ages for other companies in the past. In fact we didn’t read the instructions properly and failed to phone the company on landing but they still managed to arrive before us! Excellent service all round and really polite and friendly staff. We never normally leave reviews but we wanted to because we would have no hesitation in strongly recommending them to others.

We used the Park Inn parking facility which is really professional. The car gets collected from the hotel then you are sent pictures proving its behind locked gates. Lots of txt in advance so no concerns of how to meet up. On return your car is delivered back to the terminal you fly into. Service with a smile.5 Star.

I have had the best experience with this company. Sash has been so helpful and always answered my calls if I had any queries, everything ran smoothly from start to finish and I will now be a repeat customer have already booked in another park with them. Also very reasonably priced compared to actual Heathrow parking.

Absolutely exceptional customer service. Friendly and professional. Would 100% reccomend. Sash at Park-Inn saved the day after we were badly let down by another company, not only did he offer a very competitive price but went to great lengths to reassure us of the safety of our car.
